Ms. Jarvis impressed me with her professionalism, attention to detail, and easy going manner. Following the initial consultation, she presented three innovative designs and came well prepared with samples, cut sheets, catalogues, etc. I have recommended her highly to friends and coworkers.

We are still in the planning stages with Keystone, but we are very happy with the process so far. The design plans were excellent, and April's suggestions are always "right on." She is very professional, prompt, and always helpful with ideas and alternatives. We will let you know how the actual construction goes.

April Jarvis was very professional and easy to talk with...She had wonderful ideas for my small kitchen to allow it to function and flow much better. Very knowledgeable and thorough. We are doing the work ourselves and the Keystone group were wonderful to not pressure us to have someone else do the job.

This kitchen remodel is still a work in progress but the design work has been highly professional, well thought-through, with attention paid to both form AND function. Excellent recommendations (and very kind when mixing really bad ideas from the client!) So far, this has been an excellent experience and I will likely use this firm again for an upcoming bathroom remodel.
