We had to go to the police to get back our money and still lost 10% of it or $800 to what they said was there costs. We have information from the PA Sunshine Program that we are 1 of 4 out of 10 that complained. We have also been told by PSP that no post job completion forms have been received by the state  for any of the 10 jobs. One of the earliest contract signers has told me he is under contract for over 6 months and has no work done. He has also told me that he was told 4 weeks ago his system was in, but as of this date has no work or parts shown up or been done. Rating: Provided By: Peter K.
