Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms

I left a lot of decisions to Keystone Construction with only my basic input as a guide. Tom did a great job working with my overall plan and budget. The only complaint I have was the length of time the project went over schedule. It was originally planned for about two weeks, it took 7. But, I am very happy with the work.

Project: Add a Sunroom or Patio Enclosure

I couldn't be happier. You had no box to check off on your list for a "wheelchair lift installation" but I did write a brief description of what I needed and pushed the send button. FOUR minutes later Tom Webb of Keystone Construction, one of your Service Magic Contractors wrote me back saying he was very interested in this unique sort of project. We talked on the telephone and he came from Seattle the next day and I showed him the deck that I needed redone and where I wanted the lift. I have been ecstatically happy with my new lift, the new deck, a new sliding glass door and the extension of my carport that creates a clear plastic roof over the sliding glass door and the new lift. This enables me to stay dry from my vehicle, up the lift and into my front door. Tom have been a fascinating and enjoyable person to work with and I'm sure I will appreciate his hard work on my lift project for years to come. Many thanks to Service Magic for bringing Tom Webb of Keystone Construction to me for my deck and lift installation. Sincerely, Marcia B
