Key West Pool was GREAT. They responded very quickly by phone and came out the next day. They have great customer service. I plan on using them again and have already recommended them to a friend!

Bryan was prompt and worked for awhile but was unsuccessful at repairing a very old heater unit. He recommended and contacted a heater expert who was able to address the issue. Based on the service and attention I received I would recommend Key West.

Project: Remodel a Swimming Pool
Jessica (owner) called within 1 minute after my e-request. Possible repair was to replace an inground pool skimmmer, not a easy and quite expensive repair. we found it only to be a broken PVC skimmer line, much simpler and less expensive repair. work was done quickly - headache gone. reasonably priced. Customer service top notch - somehting to be said about owner-operated companies like this.

Project: Remodel a Swimming Pool
Key West did a complete remodel on our pool, new tile, coping, plaster and added a water feature. They completed the project in just under three weeks and continued to maintain the water for another month until the Diamond Brite Plaster cured. Jessica has a great eye for design and can recommend what will work best on your pool. She bid every item separately which made it easy for us to decide what we wanted. We built on her advice and the pool was transformed from an eye sore to a backyard oasis. All of her workers are top notch with attention to detail.
