Kevin is a landlord's dream. Great attitude, follows through, honest, reliable, and you feel like integrity has been restored to the industry because of people like Kevin. He has been my life line in being able to no longer worry about what I'm going to do if something needs to get done. (Even in an emergency)

Kevin is very friendly and did do a good job staying in touch with us about start date, etc. <br /> <br />However, the craftmanship and overall quality was horrible! He had agreed to replace some warped and old support posts on our back deck (replace with new 6x6 sunk in concrete) and install a new railing on our front porch. After we saw what he had done on our deck (he simply bolted new 4x4s to the existing posts and left bolts sticking out, wood was cut crooked, etc) we paid him for his time and materials for the previous day and had him stop working immediately.   <br /> <br />We plan to hire another contractor to complete the job.
