Kevin from Caitlin came out yesterday 5/29 and looked at the job. He will get back to me later. I have not spoken with Ray's Plastering yet. I think they called but I got a wave of calls after I mentioned that I hadn't heard from anyone yet.so I'm just trying to get back to the callers now. We've been out of town. Thanks.

Project: Concrete Flatwork - Repair & Resurface
Although the project we had was small, Kevin Aplin from Catlin Engineering treated it as if it were a large project, with professionalism and courtesy. Kevin was knowledgeable and the price was fair considering the time he took to make our broken concrete look like new. He promised we'd be satisfied, and we are! Would recommend Catlin Engineering (and Kevin!) for any concrete or decking project. Thank you!

Overall happy, but there were some communication problems and lack of understanding of the work and expectations that I had. Not completely satisfied with the finished product. Contractor did good job with cleanup outside, when inside the house tracked in dirt on floor and carpet. Initial quote did not include everything I requested, so contractor agreed to include other request in price, however, the completed work was not up to my personal standards. Not real happy with the lack of communication from contractor at the end of the project, left me wondering if/when they were finished with the job.
