Kentuckiana Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning LLC is a small family owned business started up by Jason Rigdon in April of 2004. We are members of the BBB with an A rating. We do carpet cleaning, area rug cleaning, furniture cleaning, water extractions, and tile and grout cleaning. We use high tech truck mount steam cleaning equipment which is reccomended by all major carpet manufaturers. What sets us apart from our competition is our employees. All of the techs are uniformed and have been in the business for 15 years or longer. We pre spray every single job and rinse out all of the chemical leaving no residue behind to attract dirt. We move all movable furniture within reason and place it back with protective material under the legs. Kentuckiana Carpet and Upholstery offers its service to residential and commercial customers to a 25 mile radius around Louisville, KY and southern Indiana including Bullitt, Jefferson, Spencer, and Oldham County in KY and Clark and Floyd County in IN.

Got off to a bad start due to a mix up with the appointment, but the owner called me and resceduled my appointment. The guy that came out and did a FANTASTIC job. He was very polite and helpful. I was extremely happy with this company! I would certainly recommend and I will certainly use again!

I regret choosing this company to clean my carpets. They were the most expensive quote that I received and did a very poor job. There are several small stains they missed because he was in such a hurry, and the carpet is "crunchy" as if they used way too much solvent/soap in whatever cleaner they used on the carpets.

I never got a call stating anyone was unhappy. We would gladly take care of this. We take pride in our work and as you can see by our ratings we do good work. As far as being expensive, I don't know where you got that since we are on the lower side of our competitors pricing. We don't use products to cause the carpets to be crunchy. This could have been something in your carpet from a previous carpet cleaner that we just didn't get rinsed out all the way. If you will call us I will take care of this.

The person that came to our home was polite and carful. I am very pleased with the service I received. The stains unfortunately came back and I called to inform them, they said no problem and came back out to re-clean those areas. Thank you for the great service.

The contractor was very nice. He put a treatment down first and then came back a few days later and did the carpet cleaning. I havent been back by to the home to see if it took care of the smell, if it hasn't something else will have to be done.
