Project: Repair Furniture
Ken doesn't have the most pleasant attitude. After my repairs, I begin to examine his work and he was very upset by that. It was almost as if he didn't want me to question anything or take notice of anything. In addition, he was more concerned about not working over an hour than producing quality work. There were certain areas that he missed and didn't want to revisit because he didn't want to work on the project for more than an hour. More importantly, his equipment(the dryer) damaged my chair; he melted some of the leather on my furniture and neglected to mention it. There were some areas on my couch that only needed touch up paint.

from ken there are 2 sides to every story first of all i have all very favorable reviews for if any problems i havea satisfaction gaureenteed policy oncein a great while i run into circumstances thay are beyond my control ken

ken was efficient and clean in his work, Because my furniture is really anitquie old the project to fix one of my couches was really to involved at this time. He did repair bottom of one of my chairs and the bottom of a foot stool

Ken did a beautiful job completing the task. It was a small area and once he finished you can't tell where the scratch was. Ken was courteous and punctual. Fee was very reasonable.
