If you desire 'old school' professionalism and quality where the results speak for themselves, go with Ken. If you're attracted to marketing jibborish and amateur hour, try someone else.

Ken had a better price however when he came, all he did was loosely string the lights on the outside of the tree and didn't run them through the inside of the tree to secure them. When I tried to hang ornaments, the lights fell off so I had to take it all down and do it myself.

She didn't really explain how she wanted the lights put on the tree. I asked when I finished what she thought and she said they were fine. So I figured everything was okay. Oh well....
