Ken responded promptly to my request to bid my project, and I found him to be timely and personable, and he presented me with a competitive bid on the spot. He explained what he was going to do, asked appropriate questions, and we agreed upon a course of action, price, and set a date for the installation. Ken was flexible in his scheduling, and when a minor setback in the schedule came up, he called to inform me immediately and insure it would cause no major challenges. The work was performed by Ken and a coworker to a high standard of quality with quality materials. The project was completed on time and on budget to my satisfaction.

His pricing is fair and very competitive and he has enough help to get my incredibly tight deadlines installed on time.
