I am a landlord and don't do “testimonials” for work I’ve had done. I am in this case because I’m so impressed with the service I received from Kenny Adams. I had an A/C compressor go out on a rental property on the first hot day of the year. I was in a tight spot financially and the quotes I was getting were beyond my budget. I used Service Magic for the first time to request quotes. Mr. Adams responded promptly, I told him my financial concerns and he went to see the unit. Through his knowledge, experience and creativity he was able to install a new compressor at 2/3rds the cost of other vendors. I highly recomend Kenny Adams.

Friendly, honest, expert. Offered more for less than Sears and could get the job done faster than anyone else. The warranty and guarantees are second to none.

Knew exactly what was required to meet house heat/cooling needs; Explained the process to be followed relative to installation, ensuriing no more than a day without heat/cooling is always their priority; quickly worked out schedule with homeowner; installed unit on day scheduled; installers very professional and efficient; made no mess and was very conscious to keep outside dirt to their materials; ensured installation was what the homeowner wanted; tested all functions; cleaned up entire area on leaving.

I submitted on this site on a Sunday and had a voicemail from Kenny that evening. He came out on Wednesday and gave me an exact quote on the spot. I ordered the furnace/AC replacement the next day. Everything was up and running by Tuesday afternoon. The AC worked that day. It's not really cold yet but the furnace has been quiet and efficient the times that it has run. I was impressed with the neatness and extra touches with the piping and wiring to make them neat. All I could have asked for.
