Jay was excellent -- he reviewed the problem and make a recommendation. I asked for a name of a person he would recommend to do the work (remove drywall, repair stud and replace drywall. The man Jay suggested did a wonderful job -- would not hesitate to use either of these men again.

He was very detailed oriented, drew up the plans that made it easy for a GC to build, he was straight to the point and exact to the design.

Jay contacted me very quickly after I initiated a request from this website. He asked me a few questions to get an idea of the project and how he could assist. We scheduled an appointment the next morning, and he arrived and we did a quick walk-through. I am also a structural engineer, but without PE, and I can tell you that Jay is a seasoned pro. Very nice personality, and he made great recommendations. He was very thorough, and I decided to hire him. He chalked out the repair work on the joists, and prepared the drawings and recommendations as required for the project. I would hire him again in a second!
