We hired Bill's company to fix the roof and repair the rotten woods around the house. Bill and his helper did a fantastic job. We are extreme satisfied with his work

Company was very invested in drumming up business. When unable to secure an immediate project opportunity they exploited services rendered (caulked a few areas on roof; swept leaves off roof; etc.) to generate an excessive fee.

Project: Install Drywall
William Payne is great! He knows what he's doing and does it effortlessly. I needed to have a wall contructed with french doors and he did a fabulous job! My main concern was that I wanted the wall and doors to look like my house was built with the wall and doors in place. I could not be happier! I am actually going to use him again to stain my deck.

Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests
He was very prompt in scheduling and completing the work. The leaks were sealed and the rotten wood was removed and replaced in an exact manner. I believe the source of the water was found, but I will have to wait for a soaking rain to be sure.

Project: Install or Repair Door or Window Screens
I thought the work that was done, the paing job, could have been a better done, regardless of what mistake i might have left on it. Even if i painted before hand i think that could have been a better job done because of the money i spent for it. And also there was paint markings on my couch, there was also paint droppings on the light outlet switch. There was dust marks on the paint from when i guess it was sanded off the ceiling, that dust was still in the floor and on the furniture. I didn't like that, and paint droppings were on the floor

Project: Build or Replace Wheelchair Ramps
Mr. Payne responded promptly to an urgent need for a handicapped ramp to allow my elderly father to be able to come to live in my home while on hospice. The ramp was built with great attention to meeting code, being sturdy and safe as well as attractive. I have also used his services since this time to complete other projects.

Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight
His work left something to be desired. Hired him to fix a leak and repair the wet drywall. I had to redo the drywall because he did not know how to properly tape and mud a wall. he tried to use a hairdryer to speed up the drying of the mud so he could save a trip back. the leak he repaired started leaking 4 weeks after he fix it. the leak ruined the drywall repair and I had to redo it again. He refused to come back out and fix the leak. He told us their would be another charge if he had to do anymore work to fix it. he also would not give us a time and day to come back out. He said he would stop by while we weren't home to look at it.
