the service person was polite and professional. i had to wait several days for the installation of a part for my central ac d/t the weekend. it would be nice if service was provided on weekends as well.

The technician who came out to fix a drip in my bathtub didn't seem very knowledgable. He replaced a nozzle and deferred all questions to his home office.

This customer requested a repair of a central air conditioning system. When we contacted them they asked if the techician who was coming out for the AC service could fix the leak he had in his bathtub. We told him that we would have to send out a plumbing tech for the tub and the HVAC tech for the AC system and they would be at separate times on the same day. The customer ended up canceling the AC service but we made the repair on the bathtub. The only times our plumbing tech called the office the was to explain the problem and get the pricing for the repair. Our tech reported that the call went well.

Project: Plumbing for a Remodel or Addition - Install
They have excellent communication skills. He has all licenses and insurances. Steve is the most professional guy I've seen since I was in the army. He has a new system out which is environmentally friendly. It's called humiducts. They replace humidifiers. He had a lady whose daughter had asthma, she suffered from nose bleeds, they put this system in, they have nothing medically wrong now. It gets rid of pet dander, mold any toxins in the home. His work is the best ever seen by experts. You'll never have any trouble with Steve.
