As soon as I put out my request on Servicemagic, an owner of Ken Tech promptly called me about my ant problem. He listend about my problem, but mostly he listen to me, and did his best to work with me to get out to my house as soon as possible. He was warm and friendly upon arrival as well as professional. He pointe out problem areas and gave us very valuable information, as well as went out of his way to help us out. For the time being our previous and invasion is in submission and for a price I am very happy with. Thank you Todd Turner.

Ken Tech Pest Control is Great!!

They called right away and came out the next day. I've signed up for quarterly service. I didn't hear from McCall - haven't yet anyway.

Ted was outstanding! He treated my home today for ants and did some preventative termite treatment. He was prompt and did an excellent job going over the termite bond/contract with me. He also walked me around the house and pointed out what I should look for in the future. He was a consummate professional and I'd recommend him any day.

I was impressed with his presentation. His prices were right and he was local. I have commited to him verbally; he will bring the contract Tuesday; after the signing, he will start the initial treatment. I would rate hime with five stars up to this point. I can't rate him any further until service begins.

I was given a price quote and a date was scheduled. A technician came out and took care of the problem. The price was reasonable and the service performed to my satisfaction.

As a landlord, Ken Tech was reasonably priced, extremely professional and service was prompt. Todd even went as far as to send photos so I could see where the problem areas were. Ken Tech, thanks for taking care of me.

Todd Turner recommended that I elect to have my house 'fumigated' and sprayed outside because there was no one living in the home and it was infested with spiders. I agreed with him and he 'fumigated' the inside and sprayed the outside the day before I was due to arrive. When I arrived at the house the next day, I was very disappointed that there were still live spiders and roaches both inside and outside the house. I worked inside the house for 9 solid days and it was unbelievable how many live bugs were inside cabinets and crawling about. I would never use this business again!

I can certainly empathize with this customers situation as explained. However, each customers situation may be more severe than the next. With that knowledge of our business, I understand that a one time treatment may not be enough to satisfy the customers needs,so we offer a warranty or "call back" for retreats. In this case, I never received a call from the customer stating her disappointment. I take my business very serious and would like to have or have had the opportunity to treat again.
