Project: Repair an Attic or Whole House Fan
I highly recommend Ken Smoker. On a Sunday, within two hours of my call to Service Magic, Ken was on my roof replacing a faulty attic fan. Ken’s timeliness, dedication and commitment to great customer service are refreshing. The quality of his work is outstanding.

The project was top quality workmanship. He was on time for his scheduled time on the job. He operation tested all house circuits after updating house electric circuit panel. Excellant job!!!

The work was done neatly ,on time ,great quality exhaust fan.Also installed electrical plug outlet. Both of these were in an old house that didn't have them in the bathroom. Really needed them. Will use this company again.

Installed 7 recessed led lights that I had already purchased. Knowledgable about construction and where existing plumbing might be in ceiling. Did ask him to return to hide some wiring that did not get run behind ceiling drywall. Came back right away and fixed the problem.

I had a small job, but needed a qualified electrician to accomplish. Even though it was a small job that would not pay a lot they were able to get set an appointment to do the work quickly, arrived on time, and did a great job.
