- Ken Marchi is the owner and Master Inspector, and has personally performed over 7,000 inspections since 1996. Ken is licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Professional Home Inspector, licensed by the NJDEPE as a Radon Technician, and holds certifications as a Carbon Monoxide Technician and as a Microbial Technician (to inspect for and take samples of mold for laboratory analysis).
