Had to come back a second time; I am not sure he knew how to repair Cabrio washer.

this is so unfair to say, i was given a bad part. i didnt know it was bad! and oh yes i replaced that part the next day with a new board and it fixed it rigth away. and you so nice to my face.

Kelly responded to my request for service so quickly -- within minutes. A part had to be ordered but that was done promptly and my washing machine was working in no time. Very professional!

Crazy fast service call. I think he called 2 minutes after I submitted my request through Service Magic at 748am! Scheduled an appt. for early afternoon and had it completed. Went the extra mile to show my wife how to prevent problems in the future. Will call NC Apliance Repair for all future problems (they fixed my refrigerator, fyi).

Came the same day I called. Analyzed the problem over the phone and brought the necessary part. Was a little late, but fixed the problem in just a few minutes. Was very courteous and efficient.

Kelly was able to see me in a hurry and diagnosted quickly. He gave great advice. The fridge was broken and was honest about the price of repairing it and said we would be better off buying new. He could have easily taken the repair fee without being honest.
