First, I will start off by saying he was professional on the phone, responsive and accommodating. Second, shame on me for not getting multiple quotes, but I felt like based on the reviews I read, this guy must be a reliable and reasonable person. Now that I have gotten that out of the way, I will say that I would never recommend this guy to anyone. He came over, changed out a part in about 20 minutes, and waaaay over-charged me. He said changing the part was like getting a new faucet. WRONG. The part he changed is about $20 on amazon. Sorry, but 20 min + a $20 part is not worth $170 to me.

He was GREAT! I didnt know that he only took cash and i didnt have enough cash on hand and he was willing to come back to get paid instead of me running out right then to the ATM. Very friendly and did a great job!

Pat Kelly was very punctual worked quickly very efficient and friendily. Did a great job fixing drain leak in our bathtub. Will use his services from now on. Very satisfied. His price was also reasonable and he his very honest.

Pat returned my call within minutes of talking to Service Magic. He came to my house the next day. He gave me reasonable estimates and got the parts I wanted for my fixture. He fixed my leaky shower and hose bib. Very personable and reliable. Would use him again in the future.
