They did exactly what they said at exactly the time they said, and bid at $500 less than any one else. Other contractors were planning on using a bucket truck and were concerned about how to get it in some tighter areas, but they had a guy who just climbed right up there with a chain saw and did the job. Kind of cool to watch, too.
