Project: Remodel a Basement
I hired Kelley Contractors to remodel my bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. I'm moving my elderly mother in with me, so the bathroom and bedrooms to be remodeled to accommodate her mobility issues. My house was built in the 1940s, Mr. Kelley was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He walked me thru every step of the process, suggesting modifications I hadn't considered. He was always available to answer questions. The work was first rate. His estimate was reasonable. I am very pleased with the work, and I'm using him again.

This is a very good contractor, not only is there work very gratifing, they have wonderful customer service skills. Mr. Kelley is very good with contacting you about your projects as soon as possible, I find extremely professional. We were so satisfied when you saw the results of our kitchen, bathrooms, sunroom and laudry room. Yes, I will most definately refer this service to others. Thanks some much Mr. Kelley we tip our hats to you!

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Kelley Services completed the following work for me in April 2011. 1. Installed a new security door and a new entrance door. 2. removed old paint sanded and rebuilt area surrounding entrance to the house. 3. repaired concrete on front steps along with broken railing. 4. Repaired roof on the back porch of the house. Mr. Kelley was very personable and knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was his desire to give the customer the best quality work.

Project: Build an Addition
Overall Kelly is a skilled, intelligent and conscientious contractor. I have 2 cons: 1. The prices for additional requested work was very disappointing but the initial contract price was perfect. 2. Some mistakes were made by his subcontractors but they were immediately and personally corrected by Kelly when I brought them to his attention.

Would like to take a moment to let others know what great services Kelley provided.They came out reviewed and estimated the project from start to completion. They completed one week earlier great job. They provided fast and courteous service cleaned up at the end of each work day. Prior to completion we had a urgent mishapp kelley responded quickly to assist. Job professionally completed. Great at recommending areas for cost savings. Over all Keep up the Good work . Mr. Kelley was a great worker. He was able to give me a reasonable estimate without knowing my budget, and didn't even go over it. He and his workers were fast, respectful, efficient, and skilled. Kelley services were dependable, open to suggestions, and respected any extra requests that I had. I'd recommend Kenneth Kelley to anyoe who needed a job done and needed it done well.

This was by far one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. Mr. Kelly is both a visionary and a master craftsman. On schedule, on budget, great quality... perfect! I will hire him again and recommend him to friends and family.
