Customer service was awesome. When other companies gave me quotes. Kell-star had me check general troubleshooting prior to coming out and was able to assist me over the phone. This I feel is a company I can trust as being honest and educational on caring for my home.

Kelly was very nice and helpful and gave us recommendations for the projects we had. He also did a few other little side projects while he was here. He was affordable and fast and high quality. We plan on using him again for an upcoming kitchen light project.

I have a breaker panel that is over 60 years old. Kelly quickly responded to my e-mailed request, arrived promptly, and diagnosed accurately the problem. Having been in business over 20 years, he had stockpiled parts from Federal Pacific breaker panels which has been out of business since the 1970's. He has done this because many older homes in Denver still have them and they are still working well. He was able to replace the breaker immediately from a saved part he had on his truck. I appreciate the fact that he didn't try to sell me what I didn't need, was honest, efficient and neat. He is the first person I'll turn to again.
