Well, my guest bathroom renovation is complete. And it is perfect. My husband and I chose <br />Keith L. Patterson. He started on 2/9/09 and finished 2/10/09 a day sooner than he quoted which was fabulous. He put in glazed porcelin tile on the floors, added a new granite vanity top with under mount sink, new faucets, new water saving toilet, new lighting, and painted the entire bathroom  I wish you could see it, it's beautiful. We intend to use him on our next project which is our laundry room, we had moved from our basement to the first floor last year, next to the quest bathroom. There are some things we would like to have updated in that room. So that thank you, thank you very much ServiceMagic . <br />
