Keith was very professional and polite. He did the job himself. He did a great job and answered many questions above what he would normally get asked because I tend to ask a lot of questions. He actually did my job on his day off and was very happy to do it. The price he told me in the beginning did not change which I appreciate and he cleaned everything up after he was done. I would have no reservations recommending Keith to my friends and family.

Keith was amazing. My water heater went out on a Sunday and I had hot water by Tuesday evening. He called me back within 15 minutes of my posting a request for quote. He was able to quote my service beyond what I was initially asking for. Keith was also able to give next day service for complete installation. I wasn't out of hot water for more than one day. Thank you Keith for a great service experience!!!

Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and was very clean (didn't leave a big mess for you to clean up). He was reasonably priced as well. All and all it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely use him again.

KEITH WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, VERY HELPFULL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SYSTEM AND THAT I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING ABOUT THE INSTALLATION AS WELL AS THE OPERATION OF TGHE UNIT.
