After an issue with a previous contractor, Service Magic had more companies contact me. Keep Em Running had the part in stock and was prepared to come by and fix it the next day. Ken came by and we helpful, explained everything (possibly because a trainee was with him) and able to confirm the diagnosis and replace the part in half an hour. He also informed me of a prior recall, which Whirlpool had never contacted me about. I would highly recommend Ken and Keep Em Running.
