Leo gave us a great quote the day after I put in the order. We had him start right away, and he worked through weekends to get the job done. He even recommended a way for us to save money on our paint purchases! Highly recommended!

I hired Leo Keefer of Keefer Properties, LLC for painting a living room, a bedroom and touch up of staining on wood work. The quality of paint work was just OK. He insisted on one coat of paint where a dark pink color was being changed to a light purple color. He did do a second coat but the quality of the second coat was poor. In the bedroom he did not fill in the gaps between the baseboard and the wall. The wood staining touch up work was also of mediocre quality.

He started the job but never finished it and walked off without even telling us. Majority of the time did not show up till 10:30. He was not able to do our job in the first place properly. Super nice person just was not able to complete the project.

Stated in estimate that countertops and floors would be covered to protect them, however, this was not done. Broke a vase in the garage but failed to even offer to sweep up the pieces.
