Project: Install or Replace Interior Doors
Tom and his crew were excellent. We've now found our carpenter/handyman and wouldn't consider using anyone else. The quality of their work was definitely a 5.0. The initial request was to have Tom build two wood doors in install them. Based on his professionalism and value we added more jobs on to his list (installed two new storm doors, replaced a rotted sill with one he built, installed a Place N Go flooring system in our finished basement, etc.). We will work with Tom and his crew again in the near future with other jobs we want to complete (replace rotted planks on our deck, patch and paint a ceiling, install a ceiling fan, etc.).

Project: Install Carpentry Framing
Contractor was honest and explained what the job entailed. He and his crew were pleasant and arrived at the time that was schedulded. Would hire this contractor again. Lastly,his price was very fair compared to other contractors and his response time was very quick. Highly recommended.

Initially I felt his quote was expensive, but once I started researching and wait time with other people I decided to went with him. His did a great job in very professional manaer. I liked his work and very satisified.

Project: Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs
gave 3 options and suggested the most expensive. We started with the middle option...when I saw how it was coming out, I upgraded to the "best" level of service - unfortunately for me that meant trashing the gutters. However, He gave me a recommendation for someone who could replace them at good value. Satisfied that Kaufman's work prevented damage (Ice dams).

left snow on a back porch.Washaving snow removed for fear of colapse. If they put it there i though they should have removed it. Other than that i though they did a good job.

We did the best we could considering the circumstances and our safety ,back porch had three feet of snow, I explained to homeowner we would clear where porch ties into house which we did. we tried to remove snow not leave it behind,we regret if we did not meet customers expections.

Kaufman Carpentry came the same day we spoke to him. He arrived late afternoon and finished removing the snow after dark (around 6 p.m.). They were very professional and my husband and I would recommend them in a minute.
