Karnatz called twice the day I emailed for help with a project. He was 5 minutes early for an estimate appointment. He used a ladder to really assess the project and got a clear picture of what was needed. He emailed an estimate the beginning of the next week which is exactly what he said he would do. It was a fair estimate, and the only one I received from servicemagic.

This company was great. He contacted me promptly and the job is done beautifully. This is my rental property and while he was there noticed another job that really needed fixing that I wasn't alerted to by my renter. I am scheduled to have that work completed as well. Very professional and prompt. Goes above and beyond what you expect.. He met me at Lowe's and assisted me in picking up the materials for the job. He also delivered them to my home.
