Their phone contact person was excellent. She was very organized and professional. On the day of the service, the tow men who were assigned to clean my windows were running early and called me in plenty of time to reach the house when they arrived, They did a great job cleaning the windows and helped me solve a problem I was having with one of my windows.

Project: Clean Gutters and Downspouts
Did not finish the job. Were up on the roof for only about 15 mins. Left without speaking to us about what they did.

There was a descripancy of completion of the job - we asked to send a new crew to verify the problem and correct the problem, but were denied that request. The job price was lowered because it did not require the full service. The customer has not paid their invoice.

They did a great job. I had 2 cleaners. They were very polite and got the job done in 1 hour. My windows look great.

Karin's is a very customer service oriented company. They did everything to accommodate our needs. Their service men were friendly and efficient. They did a fantastic job, their bid came in very competitive, we would definitely hire them again. Thank you Karin's for a job well done!

I only gave a 4 for customer service because the priced ended up being $20 more than the estimate. But it was still a great service for the price.
