They were ready to do the job then and there, at a price that was slightly lower than the contractor I had talked to earlier. They finished the job quickly and it was well done. They were very friendly and showed me pictures of their other jobs around the midwest. They obviously have a lot of pride in their work and a passion for doing a good job. My highest recommendation. This made us I nervous, since taking the lowest bid has been something we have regretted in the past. Kapic gave us references, and we decided to give Kapic a shot. We called him on Saturday and he was on site on Monday. The work is excellent craftsmanship. Clean up was very good, and he finished ahead of schedule.
