They called prior to the appointment to determine if the time and date was still okay.  3.  They showed up on time and greeted me; same time showing credentials.  4.  They completed an evaluation of my outside and basement and completed a comprehensive review of the problems of my basement drainage.  and 5.  Completed a free estimate showing all of the work and labor necessry to repair problems with diagrams.
