Project: Build an Addition

Does good work, but is not open with the customer. Job has been in progress for almost a year and not completed yet. It takes multiple phone calls to get him to send work crews out. There has been no construction work now for over 2 months.

K & S did a great job on the window replacement! Very good work! Only comment would be to keep in touch w/customer a little more during job contract. (Example - window to be replaced had to be ordered and we weren't sure when/if it was ordered). We just would have preferred to be a little more "in the loop". Otherwise, K & S is definitely worthy to be recommended!
