I wanted a dry rug clean, not a scrub or steam. Ken went out of his way to get the compound and clean the rugs. He arrived on time, neat in uniform, and did the job. The carpet looks great and I might tell you it is 15 years old. If you want your rug(s) cleaned, want a contractor that doesn't require you sign a contract or pay before the job K.Talton Enterprise, Inc. is the company to call. Professional all the way.

K. Talton was not on time for our appointment they were EARLY which was the first plus. The professionalism displayed by the person who came out was great. The price that I was given by Mr. Talton was less than what I expected which was the biggest plus.
