I contracted them to replace a sump pump. They gave me a very well-informed opinion of the other issues I had. Not only were they prompt and efficient, but after quoting and agreeing to a price, they discovered a worse problem that I had. Even though, this additional issue could have run well over $500, they offered to solve the problem without charging me for it!! I say this as a way to inform others of the type of heart and consideration they provided...when they didn't have to. <br /> <br />If you have a need for service, the worst thing you could do is to NOT call KT Waterproofing.
