working with this company was very disappointing. I will say that he did call immediately after I uploaded the request, but here are the problems: a) wrote an incomplete quote. Didn't include the $ that he had to pay a plummer, didn't include the moulding that had to be replaced b) became defensive when asked why these were not included in quote. c) quality of job is horrible. The place where the dry wall was replaced is obvious, he said that it was difficult to match the "old" pattern, but the entire wall was just painted one year ago. d) moulding was not calked so it sticks out from the wall. COntracter suggested that I do it! Not.

Worked fast and did a good job removing moldy drywall and priming surrounding area for protection. I would recommend this pro for removing mold and replacing drywall.

The Gentleman seemed very thorough and honest up front but when he was paid in full 2 hours before the project was complete and the paint could dry on the first coat (when he was supposed to do two) he up and left with a mess. He was tried to nickel and dime me at the very end of the project and put forth minimal effort to match the paint of the drywall patch.

Felt pressured to commit to the service on the spot, instead of getting another quote. After agreeing, I quickly realized I was over paying for the job. Nice guy, but pushy and VERY overpriced.

Chris arrived ot the job EARLY, which in this case was appreciated. I was provided with a written estimate and told when the job would be completed. Chris did an excellent job and I was completely satisfied.

K-Swiss agreed to provide service to repair a minor drywall issue in my home. I agreed to have the work done based on the initial quote. The final bill however came in 10.2333 times the initial proposal. I did not authorize the repair at that amount. The job was performed in a satisfactory manner from an aesthetic standpoint however the unwillingness to provide accurate quotes up front have sabotaged any future intent of using this contractor again. I am now left with an outrageous unsigned bill that rivals large scale commercial bids from a financial standpoint.
