The job was completed the same day we started and he paid me all of the amount in full.Mr walter had a gutter on the corner of the house that was damage and wanted to replace. he told me to do the gutter and then change his mind i can really fix something with out a contract that additional sorry i just go by the rules... The company (Project manager is Fernando) replaced the roof, but did not fix the drainage. So after the roof was replaced, when it rained, there are still piles of water (2 to 3 inches thick) sitting at the corners of the roof. I asked Fernando to fix, but he was being unprofessional and said that he was not the one who built the roof, and it's not his fault. I believe when you hire a professional roofer, they should always make sure the drainages work properly. They took my money, but never fixed the issue. Evertime I call him, he kept making promises that he couldn't keep. It's been one and a half month, and it's still not done.

This is the second property that KS Roofing has replaced the roofing on for one of Ms F’s properties. When we finished the project the roof was completed within proper specified contractual requirements. We installed the drains to the specifications of the contractual agreement. She wanted extra drains and I explained to her that the extra drains were not in the original contract. When I informed her that there would be additional charges she got angry and told me that i had to do the extra drains for free. When I finished the project the entire project was up to code. Fernando was very good about the whole thing, gave us a very good price and did a good job. we were very pleasantly suprised about the re-roofing . Steve West

roofing process was mostly fine. there was a late payment to a supplier who threatened to put a lien on my house. the bill was eventually paid. The part that was aggravating was that KS Roofing damaged a plaster ceiling in two places while nailing the plywood to existing rafters. they came to inspect the damage and promised to patch it for me. they then failed to show up as promised. i phoned them three times for an explanation and more promises then gave up and paid a drywall guy to do it.

We would love to pay for the cost of the 2 tiny drywall repairs for you. Just send us an invoice, please. I explained that i was a roofer not a drywall contractor and we would hire someone to repair it. It was the 4th of july weekend sorry it took so long to get someone out there.
