We are your "one stop shop" for room additions, including your plans and permits. Your desire for having the finished product come out as expected will be reinforced by regular job site meetings. These meetings cover any concerns you may have as well as updates on the construction schedule so there are no surprises. Project: New Windows - Multiple
Their work, and craftsmanship, was exceptional. Including some extra modifications. I was impressed with their problem-solving solutions. When they were finished, you could never tell that this was a retrofit, even though our home is 30 yrs. old. They began on time, and finished on time. I would recommend them for any building and remodeling project.

Project: Build an Addition
We had a complete kitchen remodel as well as enlarging our family room project. Ken and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We always knew what was going on. Ken's communication was exemplary. Ken's crew was very conscientious, cleaned up daily. They worked with us to minimize the time we were not able to use the kitchen. Working with Ken on the design was a rewarding experience as we are very pleased with the quality of work and the overall results. We have had many complements on our remodel project.

Project: Build an Addition
Although Mr. Roberts thought he was estimating a room addition, he acted the professional and took info on the bathroom remodel anyway. Did not hear back from him, understandable; however would ask for his estimate when I do start the room additions.

Ken Roberts did a good job of managing the project, had good ideas for design, and was easy to work with. Our addtion came out great. We finished on schedule and we stayed on the budget. Ken did a good job of estimating the time and cost which made the project go smoothly. I would recommend Ken for any addtion work.

Project: Build an Addition
Absolutely flawless execution, from the first telephone call to Ken's hand carrying the final documents to the county offices. Ken and the outstanding group of subcontractors added a 600 sq ft professional office onto our home. With our being both architects and engineers, that was no small feat to collaborate in such an open, fun, give-and-take way from the point of initial design to closing out the final action items -- and come in right on budget ON TIME with pragmatic and innovative tradeoffs/decisions made in the mix to make certain the outcome was what we desired. Again great clients.We have been blessed with years of great clients.It was really nice to work with an architect such as Ted and his wife Zara.They expected nothing but perfection which is what we give and their custom office came out great with custom built cabinetry,custom doors, solid Brazilian mesquite wood flooring and custom made mesquite baseboards.We provided design,plans and complete construction.Thank you Ted & Zara

Project: Build an Addition
Experience was excellent. They were prompt, called if no one was going to be there, work was very nice qualify, cleaned up well, did some minor other things to make it look better than had planned. Very knowledgable and easy to work with. Completed almost on date estimated which for construction is rare. Am very pleased with overall outcome. Would be glad to have anyone call and discuss there work if they wanted to have recommendations...and would definately use them in the future if have anything to be done.

Contactor Ken Roberts completed the project in the timeframe he promised. He is extremely easy to talk with and to gain his confidence. He did an outstanding job on building my guest house and I would certainaly recommend him to anyone who is in need of addition to their home as I did. Project: New Windows - Multiple
Professional. The project was not error-free, but mistakes were corrected. The time extended out longer than should have. After all was completed, I was very satisfied with their work.

The only error on Alans job was a scratch in a window from my supplier which they replaced.The delay was due to the window delivery being 3 days late.to compenste for the late delivery I brought in all of my employees to complete the windows, doors and remodeling in three days.I personnaly also worked on the project.Alan was great to work and was very happy with our work.
