Mike's work was ok, but he really overcharged a great deal; maybe my fault for not negotiating, but I thought he'd give me a fair price based on the time the job would take--something he could know but I couldn't. As it worked out, I wound up paying him more than $100 an hour!!! It isn't brain surgery, after all.

Customer, upon estimate accepted the bid, spent the whole day there and also customer asked me to do several other things that were not included in the original estimate and I did not charge for these other items.
