Returned call promptly and was straight-forward in answering questions. We decided not to go ahead with planned project that would have required a survey.

Excellent response time & upfront preperation. Unfortunately, I had to leave unexpectedly and was unable to have the work done at that time. I will contact KLS to schedule the work to be done when I can be available.
