Kim is a very professional contractor with sharp knowledge about all areas and any kind of work, and if he don't know something he will find the appropriate answer to complete his job.. Very organized, excellent kind of person, capable to do anything.... Definitely we'll work with him again in futures projects. We are very satisfied with his job and the quality of it. We highly recommend him.

Kim is one of the most considerate contractors I've EVER dealt with. He is very respectful of his customer's home, and is extremely easy to work with. He is truly interested in pleasing his customer, and will go to great lengths to do so. I consider myself as being very discerning and having ultra high standards, so if he was able to deliver on what I wanted, I'm sure that most people would find his work to be way above par. Project: Repair a Sliding Door or Tracks
I am very pleased with the services of the construction pro (Kim Sutherland) that was sent to assist me with the repair of a damaged exterior sliding door. He was very knowledgeable with this kind of project and went out of his way in every respect (including the cost) to help me. I have the utmost respect for his professional knowledge and attitude that he exhibited throughout the project. He was able to make the rather difficult project seem easy and he completed it in record time. I feel he highly deserves an upgrade in position of responsibility and salary. I will do my utmost to recommend him to as many interested people as possible.
