Project: Repair Furniture
Project is underway. Had the pleasure of dealing with Mark and I will be honest, I am a difficult customer. Mark has had great patience and humor in working with me and what I was hoping to get completed. I would recommend Mark and Absolute Home Improvement in a heartbeat. Looking forward to him fixing my recliners in time for the Super Bowl!

Fast, friendly, included pickup and delivery, chair looks OK but after charging way too much he gave me and my shocked GF a speech about how the repair might not hold even under light usage. At the price I paid for a rush job before a big dinner I expected a repair without caveats. Still the chair was done in time for the turkey and without the caveats I'd have felt I got my money's worth more or less. As it is I am banned from ever again arranging for a repair.

Mark is very nice and did a good job. I saw one negative review of him--this may be because details of what was to be done & what the charge would be in the beginning. Mark & I got things settled first, then he did the work. And he got done ahead of schedule.

Mark was sensitive to my needs and my budget, and I felt my project was important to him. He did a great job with a very old family heirloom that I cherish. He was prompt and very pleasant. I would hire him again, and will refer him to others.

HANDYMAN Mark is an experienced, competent mechanical engineer, who carefully analyzed my project, figured out the missing parts and made them, reassembled the unit, made necessary adjustments, and now it is working well years after breaking down. Mark has many skills, and was not finished until I was satisfied.

He called ahead of time and said he was on his way and arrived a little later than the scheduled time.But that was okay with me,I'm glad he called to let me know. Did a good job of removing and installing a new garbage disposal.I think it was a good price for the work.

Project: Repair Furniture
Mark Ofengenden was a very friendly, responsive, service-oriented and skilled furniture repairman. He was even willing to pick up and deliver the wooden arm chair that required repair. The sections of the legs that were broken have been replaced and now look like new. I wonder why I put this off for so many years!
