Project: Build an Addition

Ken worked diligently to get an accurate assessment of options available to me, stayed in touch with me throughout the process, finished his work early and displayed integrity in informing me where he was under budget and over budget. In a sea of bad contractors, Ken is a great relief and a great find.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms

We had a very good experience working with Ken Stevens on our basement remodel project. Everything he promised, he came through on and the quality was very good. He worked very hard to make good quality, speedy progress on the project. When a water issue came up, he addressed it immediately and designed a solution that we were pleased with. Every time I had a question or concern, before I had a chance to call him about it, he either had it handled or called me first to address it himself. The one drawback was that the drywall contractors were very slow to complete their aspect of the project which slightly delayed our completion date. But overall, Ken did a great job coordinating with contractors, often getting them out to the house on the same day to efficiently plan or execute some aspect of the project. We are very happy with the final product and Ken was great to work with. I have had friends see his work and ask for a referral, and I would recommend him to friends.
