KE Contractors were expedient and thorough. They were slightly less professional on the phone than other contractors, but the repairman was extremely knowledgeable and had no trouble identifying and fixing the garage door. He even gave me tips on how to maintain my garage doors with routine maintenance. Highly recommend.

They can quickly and determined that my door spring was not broken but needed adjustment since it was only 2 years old. Great work, did full maintenance on my other door as well after I asked for it.

Replaced garage door torsion springs and repaired opener. I received a call only minutes after submitting the request, which is the fastest response ever for a contractor in my experience! Initialed scheduled to come out the same afternoon, but called to say tech was running late due to another job. Again a first for a contractor to call when running late! Offered to still come out in the evening same day but we settled on the following morning. Great service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
