Dealing with Kevin Braza has been a pleasure. He has been helpful, understanding, and has gone out of his way th give us what we had hoped for. I recommend Kevin Braza highly, and would not hesitate using him again or recommending him to neighbors and friends.

Project: Install a New Concrete Foundation
Kevin presents very well however he is a terrible communicator and if you need assistance after the job is complete (or before he starts) you will not hear back from him regardless of how many times you call/email. You will however hear from him when he expects to be paid no worries there! He did not complete my job and even when I have additional work he does not call back? His work is decent but not sure it is worth the hassle.

Very Nice people to work with,,but when you are in this economy and so many people filing for bankruptcy...and so forth,,,we dont know who to trust,,these people where fine to work for,,no clue about concrete,,they are house flipers and got a great deal from us and a concrete floor pour on Christmas eve,,for gods sake,,not only they were never there and live across the state,,they are the yuppie house flippers that dont have a clue.. your damn right i wanted the check,,they were never around to collect payments,,just the type of economy we live in,,wanting somehthing for nothing,,and expecting us to fix all there problems,,cant please everyo

I was looking for a quote on for a foundation for a new home. I am not sure if/when we are going to build. They were very helpful and understanding that we are not going to build at this time. They were willing to help in any way that they could be needed.
