Charlie, is very prompt and courteous. I called him two days prior to job completion in which he had responded to the urgency of the need. He demonstrated cleanliness and his efforts were greatly appreciated.

They had to wait for good weather. They were very accommodating to our needs and they cared about the results. They were also very fun people to work with and they paid attention to detail. They were very fastidious about cleaning up. All in all a great experience.

Project: Install a Retaining Wall
We hired KC Fine Grading to remove excessive concrete, tear out an unattractive timber retaining wall and fence, fill in and grade soil where RV parking was, and build a new brick retaining wall. The task was fairly large for a residential project, but Charlie managed to surpass our expectations. He was prompt, friendly, and showed a genuine interest in the cost and quality of the final product. He was always looking for ways to minimize expense, without cutting corners. From the final product, it is obvious to us that he is highly qualified. If you want your project done right, with a reasonable price, we would strongly recommend Charlie.
