I have a granite counter with a sunk in sink.The sink needed to be resealed. I was misinformed that my sink was secured by only 2 clips and should have been secured by 5. .The rep reviewed my sink and glued a few planks. I reviewed the work after, and clearly saw there were indeed 5 clips. Needless to say I feel cheated.

He called us to tell us that there were only 2 sink clips on his sink and that it needed to be reinforced. We quoted him a price over the phone for our service call. K.C. Countertops had never looked at the sink to determine how many clips were holding the sink. We went out and added additional support to the sink and charged our minimum service call. Customer is upset because someone else told him there were only 2 clips. Our 9 great ratings to his one negative rating speaks for itself.

Brian was very timely, he came when he said he was going to come. He estimated the time of repair correctly. He was very courteous and clean and he got the job done quickly, it was great!

He was punctual, cordial, efficient, explained before I hired him the process he would do and what expectation I could anticipate from thefiniished repair. He does excellent work, I would highly recommend to anyone wanting counter top work done, be it install, removal, or repair.

Brian responded quickly and was out to repair my counter top within a week - he also gave me some helpful advice on how to further care for my granite countertops.

I had a good experience with Brian, he always showed upwhen he said. The installation went very smooth and was finished when promised. Afterr the countertops were installed and paid for I found a minor imperfection and called Brian, he came right out and fixed it.
