We want to thank this customer for their feedback. We welcome any suggestions to improve our business. Based on this customer's response, we have added a 3rd acknowledgement in our contract clarifying the homeowner's responsibility for underground utilities and sprinkler systems. Inevitably, excavating a hole for a swimming pool is going to compromise an underground sprinkler system running through the same area. We will be sure not to assume that understanding in the future. This pool turned out beautifully and we can't wait to post pictures of the completed project. The homeowners have great taste! Thank you for your business!

Very professionable and knowledgeable. The company put no pressure on building our pool. I do intend to use them as soon as financing goes through. Loved the fact that the company is family owned and works together on the projects.

working with Kevin and Heather was a very pleasant experience-Heather was always available via email or phone for any questions we had-Kevin was always on the job site doing what he said he would do-kept things running smoothly and on schdule-most importantly doing things the right way and within budget-didnt try to sell us something we didnt really need- I would highly recommend them for any pool install- We were pleased with the way his crew worked- keeping the job site as clean as possible-very polite-honest-hardworking folks......give them a call- youll be glad you did !!!
