I have not had a worse experience with a contractor before. He required change orders for things we asked him to repair initially. He tried to get another change order for a water heater that he said could not be repaired. (I had a non-plumber repair it in 30 minutes.) On top of that he refused to do a repair on the work that was warranteed. I had to pay another plumber do the work. Save yourself a lot of head aches and do not even talk to this contractor.

We told this customer we would be out that week which they had no problem with, and when we called the property management company to let us in three days later, they had told us the owner already had someone else fix the problem. Therefore we were honoring our warranty they voided it by having someone else do it. Also if you read the reveiw he contradicts himself saying a NON PLUMBER FIXED IT THEN HE HAD TO PAY A PLUMBER.

Will use this plumbing service again. Efficient and very helpful when I called for help.

Unless you have a lot of money, because they say they only take cash or check, look elsewhere. I paid $1,593 for my replacement.

This customer had a indirect gas water heater which cost more then the conventions gas flu vented water heaters. Therefore requires more work and labor.
