Prompt courtious service coupled with fair pricing is why we went with KBH. Install went smooth and techs were skilled. Only reason for a 4 star rating on "Quality" was due to our choices in windows, not any lack of quality on KBH's part. As the home is a modest home in size, we wouldnt have spent ferrari prices on it, but the quality is more than good enough for our needs. Good job guys!

I went into contract 2-3 months ago and I have yet to have the windows installed. They keep telling me that they're waiting on the manufacturer to contact them. So as of now, they have not met their contract and I'm very upset with them. They are not returning phone calls either.

We are very pleased with the finished product. John and his helper worked hard and did a very nice and timely job which they were able to totally finish in one day. Great job! Craig our salesman was a pleasure to work with, keeping in touch during the selection process.

Customer service is non-existant; even my sales person, Craig, stopped communicatiions after receiving my deposit. Here's my story (so far): The windows did arrive for pickup and delivery on a timely basis, however the paperwork disappeared so the installer wasn't allowed to receive the product for several hours. Next, one of the windows was the wrong size so had to be reordered. The replacement was received for pickup and delivery two weeks later. However, despite my many attempts to contact the company for scheduling the install, they have refused to return my phone calls or e-mails. I am reporting them to the B.B.B. to begin with.

We are sorry that Rebecca felt that she had a bad experience. Once we received her deposit we ordered the windows immediately. As I tell all of my customers it can take 2 - 3 weeks for the windows to arrive. I do not recall receiving or missing any phone calls during this time period. Yes, there was a paperwork mix up at the distributor that caused a delay of a couple hours for the installation. And yes one out of the 10 windows was off by less than an inch and we had to reorder it. When that window came in, it did take a few days to get her scheduled. I take pride in my customer service and returning phone calls in a timely and prompt manner

Best price around. Installer was very friendly and professional. Salesman was very persistent in keeping in contact with me and explaining the details and options available. Only complaint was once the sale was made I could not get in contact with my salesman. Once I called the main office everyone was more than helpful.
