Overall, they were friendly and did what I asked at the price of the quote. Workers showed up a half hour late with no phone call to let me know they were still coming and the Mediacom tech had to put new ends on the cable wires they ran. I would reccommend them for electric work.

Our service techs called while at the previous job, however were unable to reach the homeowner, we understand that sometimes a phone cannot be reached or heard at the times we call and in some cases a homeowner has to leave abruptly and cannot be reached. Our policy is to proceed as previously directed, if the homeowner is unavailable for whatever the reason we gladly reschedule for a more convenient time. We use the highest quality materials however in some cases Mediacom will recommend a specific part. We are not provided the information needed for us to know what part they would like to have installed there for they will change the part.

Installed new fan and light fixture. Gave some directions and felt comfortable leaving him to proceed with the project. Came back home after a few hours and everything looked great! Even took the old fans with him as requested.

Kevin and his team were very proactive and responded to our needs very quickly. Their recommendations for the 4 jobs we had were reasonable and affordable, and they devoted the whole day to complete them. His team was very courteous, professional, and concerned about cleaning up any messes they left behind. I would definitely recommend them.
